At Maar&Shine, our social mission didn’t begin with the company—it started long before. From our beginnings as a family, we have held a deep commitment to the well-being of Colombia’s most vulnerable communities.
One of the most important pillars of our work has been direct support to families, children, the elderly, people with disabilities, recyclers, informal workers, and the homeless. Over the years, we have provided food baskets, solidarity markets, and created spaces for joy and recreation—especially during meaningful times such as Christmas and Children’s Day.
We firmly believe that true impact lies not only in creating dignified jobs, but also in extending a hand to those who often have no voice or support. That’s why our social mission continues to grow alongside the company. Being founders of help and hope has been—and will always be—an essential part of who we are.
Today, our goal is to build a support network, uniting hearts and minds willing to take part in these initiatives. We invite individuals, companies, foundations, and communities to join this purpose: to give without expecting, to help beyond borders, and to transform lives with love.
